2. Hosting and email

This website and its email services are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

Technical request data is processed to deliver the website and maintain its operation and security. This may include your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and referring page.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of this website.

3. Contact enquiries

When you contact me, I process your name, email address, message and any subject you provide to respond to your enquiry. The subject is optional. The other required fields allow me to handle and answer your message.

Enquiries about booking or receiving lessons are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Messages are handled using the email services provided by ALL-INKL. They are retained for handling the enquiry and any necessary follow-up, and longer where legal obligations require it.

The contact form uses a honeypot and basic validation to reduce spam.

4. Bookings and online lessons

Lesson bookings and payments are handled through italki. When you use that platform, its own privacy policy applies to its processing of your information.

Video lessons and shared whiteboards mainly use Zoom. Information processed for teaching may include your name, learning goals, audio and video during calls, lesson notes, exercises and materials you share.

My processing for preparing and delivering lessons is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Shared whiteboards allow you to access lesson materials and practise between sessions.

5. Chat assistant

This website includes a chat assistant supplied through KumuWeb to help answer visitor queries.

The assistant’s script is loaded from kumuweb.com, establishing a technical connection required to deliver the chat functionality.

6. External resources and links

The website loads Tailwind CSS through cdn.tailwindcss.com. Your browser connects to this external service to request the stylesheet, transmitting technical request data such as your IP address.

Social media buttons are links rather than embedded feeds. When you follow a link, the destination website processes data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
